Candidates must possess at least one of the following AND a High School
Diploma/equivalent:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or Higher in Engineering.
- Valid NICET Level II or Higher.
- Relevant work experience is strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding and ability to interpret written specifications, plans, and construction documents for
work orders and build documents.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and inspectors regarding specifications and
qualification test results.
- Detail-oriented, with capability to detect non-conformities during testing procedures and complete detailed
reports within a timely manner.
- Valid, clean driver's license and personal vehicle to travel to and within project sites, as regular daily
travel is required.
Qualified professionals will also have:
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to provide inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Reliable means of transportation & valid driver's license.
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications.
- Works well with a team and individually.
- Familiarity with construction industry codes.
